Amrock Email Rebrand

Email Templates

In 2021 we updated our external email templates. These templates are used to send communications to our partners and general business-related audiences. The goal for the refreshed templates was to cut the colors down to our main two blues, remove the outdated “alphabet soup” graphics, and to match more closely to our recent design trends.

The new templates are lighter on the eyes with fewer bold colors, lean more minimal with fewer elements, are more organized, includes more margin around the body section, as well as space between the text blocks to give more breathing room for the text and the reader’s eyes, and have a more organized and compact footer section.

Main

The Main template was designed to fit the most used email layout. It also serves as the starting point on which the following templates are based.

Sprinkles of black paint on a white background
Blue Section

The Blue Section template has a place for items of special importance, messages that are more general, or additional resources that the reader may be interested that are related to but not necessarily part of the main message of the email.

Two Column A

The Two Column A template offers an additional image space toward the middle of the body section. The size of the photo is meant to be small at only one-third the width of the section.

Two Column B

This template has a built in two-column section at the top of the email for an addition photo. It is like the Two Colum A version except for the size of this image is larger and at the top of the body section.

Continuity

The Continuity template is the most different from the others to ensure that it grabs the reader’s attention. This template is reserved for emergency situations, for example if there is an extreme weather event causing delays in business.

This is a sample of the old email templates used before I redesigned them in 2022.
