Valuation Expo 2021

Conference

One of the fist conferences we went to in person in 2021 was the Valuation Expo in Las Vegas. The goal of this conference was to attract more appraisers to join the Amrock team. During the brainstorm phase of this conference, I suggested the Amrock Live theme to tie in both to the conference being in Las Vegas that is known for its live entertainment and because this was the first conference where we would be back in person in over a year.

Brochure

The brochure is a four-panel accordion fold with a half-moon die cut to secure the folded panels. Instead of doing all four panels the same size I designed the back panel to be a 5” by 5” card with the remaining three small panels folding out from the left side. It added interest without being overly complex or costly. The paper has a soft touch effect added giving it a luxurious and velvety feel. The circle details and outline text are reminiscent of lights. This effect comes across more strongly in the digital assets.

Bag Insert and Booklet

Matching the brochure, the bag insert and cover of the booklet is printed on the same paper and soft touch effect to provide continuity and as something extra to stick in the mind of attendees. The notebook was handed out to all attendees and included two full-page spreads about the benefits of working directly with Amrock as well as several blank pages for notes. We received several compliments from attendees on our print pieces that they stood out from the rest and piqued their interest in stopping by the booth.

One Pager

The final print asset was a letter sized one pager that was placed on the booth table at the show to alert attendees about their chance to win a $200 Amazon gift card. This was printed in-house on glossy cardstock.

Email

We put together a four-email campaign to inform attendees of our presence at the conference, share the benefits of working with Amrock, inform them of the possibility of winning a prize, an event recap, and a winner’s email.

Landing Pages

I created three landing pages and a form to capture leads from the show. There is the lead capture landing page where attendees can fill out the form to be contacted by our recruiting team, a confirmation page that appears once the form has been successfully filled out, and a rules page with all of the necessary legal information.

Blog and Social Post

After the conference we posted a blog and a social post recapping the event. I created the image for the social post and the blog as well as posted the blog to our website platform Webflow.
